Sheep grazing and “Snow Fun”Sheep are quite hardy individuals, but even they are affected by the snow. They don’t fall over like we do, but they have a bit of a problem getting to the grass and drinking from a frozen water trough. So we have to give them a bit more assistance during the “unlikely” snow storms. They are quite pleased to see us arrive with some tasty straw and fresh water supplies - they will even put up with a (friendly) dog as long as it is tied up away from them!Click here to see the pictures |
